The Southeast Midrand Suburban Alliance (SeMSA) is a registered non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting the wellbeing, safety, and environmental sustainability of the President Park, Glen Austin Ext 3, and Austin View communities. Our work is based on a designated mandate, which involves creating strategic plans and actions to enhance our suburb’s quality of life, encourage community cohesion, and promote a secure and sustainable environment.
SeMSA relies on the generosity of members, the public, and sponsors to fund its initiatives and fulfill its mission. Contributions are vital in helping us implement projects and advocate for the interests of our community.
By donating to or volunteering with SeMSA, you support our vision and mission, and you authorise SeMSA to request funds from your Credit or Debit card as per the specified amount and date on the Donation page.
SeMSA’s management, executive, and board hold decision-making authority in line with our mandate. As a donor or member, you acknowledge that all strategic decisions are made at the discretion of SeMSA’s leadership to best serve the community’s needs.
SeMSA’s ability to provide assistance and execute its initiatives is based on the available resources and funds at any given time. We cannot guarantee continuous or long-term support for all initiatives or requests.
As a voluntary donor, you reserve the right to cancel your monthly debit order or other selected funding methods at any time. To cancel, simply visit your membership page.
Please note that as a donor to SeMSA, you do not receive any direct services, benefits, or entitlements from the organisation. Your support is an investment in the collective improvement of our community, not a transaction for specific services.
SeMSA cannot guarantee specific outcomes from its actions or initiatives. We are not liable for any damages resulting from incidents of gross neglect or wilful actions by staff, volunteers, or consultants associated with SeMSA.
Thank you for your support and commitment to the Southeast Midrand Suburban Alliance.
